James joined The Center as the Director of Development at the beginning of this year, bringing more than ten years of expertise and success in crafting and overseeing fundraising strategies that have consistently generated seven-figure results. His extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Development at DAP Health, Angel View, and the Palm Springs Animal Shelter. James is a graduate of Leadership Coachella Valley and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

In alignment with The Center’s organizational values, James emphasizes the significance of relationships as the foundation for meaningful change, and he shares in a commitment to fostering connections within the community. At The Center, James leverages his broad fundraising experience, proficiency in diverse revenue channels, and leadership collaboration with senior executives and boards of directors to surpass revenue objectives.

James and his husband Ken have four fur-daughters – Nina, Kayla, Sasha, and Mila.
