Sophie Breall has been practicing law for 31 years. She is currently in private practice in San Francisco. Sophie has worked with management for both large and small companies advising on labor and employment issues. She has appeared on behalf of both employers and employees at the Labor Commission for wage and hour claims and at the Workers Compensation Appeals Board. At the Workers Compensation Appeals Board Sophie was involved with wrongful termination cases (Labor code section 132a) as well as injuries on the job. Sophie advises employers on wage and hour claims and successfully helps to guide employers through private attorney general act claims brought as class actions in superior court. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and daughter in San Francisco.
